Ballet Barre
Ballet barre are using during the dancer's warm ups. Ballet barre are used to stretch the muscles, while also practicing control of the core muscles. Ballet barre exercises gradually build the strength of a beginner ballet student, while developing their form and body placement. Ballet barre help more advanced dancers prepare for point work, or practice partner work by supporting the dancer as a partner would. Our ballet barre can be portable and free standing or can be mounted on walls. Typically, they stand at waist height and are 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Most often, they are made of metal or wood.
